Bio:
Gautam Raj Adhikari holds an MPhil in education from Kathmandu University. Mr. Adhikari has a diverse educational background with a Master's Degree in development studies (Mdevs) and a bachelor's degree in Education (B.Ed.). He has been actively involved in the development sector since 2010, working in various institutions. Mr. Adhikari possesses expertise in program development, planning, monitoring, and research. Currently, he holds the position of Program Director at KIRDARC Nepal. In this role, he is responsible for overseeing overall proposal development and management of the projects within the organization. Additionally, he manages education projects undertaken by KIRDARC Nepal, receiving technical and financial support from organizations such as Save the Children, Plan International, World Education, UNICEF, Stromme Foundation, among others. His specific areas of expertise include inclusive quality education, STEAM education, and a deep understanding of education issues and challenges of Karnali Province. He is equally familiar with education policies and programs of the Federal and Provincial Governments. With his extensive experience and skills, Mr. Adhikari plays a crucial role in the successful implementation of education projects at KIRDARC Nepal.
