Institutional Development and Organizational Culture of KIRDARC
The changing international development approach has made pressure for the development planner and implementer to
consider on human centric development approach. Similarly, several new changes have seen in development modality and approach. In this overall context, as a development organization (like KIRDARC), it have created demand for continuous reform/re-view on the internal working modality to tackle the national/international development priority to fulfill the real development need of grass root people. Similarly, the diversified working culture (inside the organization and outside in the community) also requires the gradually up-dates on organizational working system, culture and modality. For KIRDARC, as a pioneer development organization in the region, it is essential to enhance its working capacity internally and expand its presence towards national/international level to sustain the working capability to maintain its recognition as a leading organization. Moreover, the priority that has been set by KIRDARC for next five years has also required the regular updates on its internal working mechanism, building the technical capability of its working team, and expands its organizational culture to fulfill the objectives.
